Power floated finishes are created during the concrete curing process using a power trowel. This produces a dense, smooth, and extremely durable surface suitable for warehouses, industrial units, car parks, and commercial buildings.

POWER FLOATED FLOORING
Here we have a power floated concrete floor poured and polished in, part of the process is the same as a diamond polished concrete floor, we still pour the concrete at 100mm thick and it’s still fitted with A142 anti crack mesh.
Then the process changes, we have to wait 3 hours until the concrete sets hard enough to walk on it before we can use a power float, this machine brings the cream of the concrete to the top and gives the concrete its very smooth, glossy marble look, so if your looking for a beautiful Powerfloated polished concrete floor then give Floorcraft a call.
