HTC Superfloor is a mechanical grinding and polishing system for existing concrete floors. Using specialist diamond tools, the surface of the concrete is ground and polished to create a smooth, hard-wearing finished floor.

Concrete floors deserve better treatment than just being walked on. HTC Superfloor uses specialist machines and diamond tools to grind and polish an existing concrete floor. The process removes the surface paste and exposes the stronger concrete beneath, creating a smooth and durable finished surface. Different levels of aggregate can be exposed depending on the concrete and the finish required. Coloured staining and additional stain protection are also available.

HTC Superfloor can be used for existing concrete floors in homes as well as commercial and industrial buildings. The finished result will depend on the condition and make-up of the concrete you’re starting with, so we’ll take a look at the floor and advise what can realistically be achieved. Some floors may need repairs or preparation before the grinding and polishing process begins, and we can advise whether HTC Superfloor or another polished concrete flooring option is best suited to the project.
