Floorcraft provide both types of liquid screeds either gypsol or cement based. Liquid screed is now getting more and more popular as a sub floor due to its speed of installation and its self leveling tolerances. There are many benefits to liquid screeds, it can be applied much thinner than normal screeds, quicker drying times, quicker installation, works very well with under floor heating and you can install larger areas with few joints.
